Project Manager/Business Analyst - Client Lifecyle ManagementLondon- Hybrid
£425 PAYE

The Client Outreach Associate will support critical client transition initiatives during a major strategic transformation. This role focuses on enhancing client engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering seamless communication throughout the transition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute tailored client communications.
- Ensure quality control checks throughout the outreach process.
- Manage client FAQs and engagement trackers.
- Handle client queries and case management using Salesforce.
- Produce MI status reports across multiple business functions.
- Update and maintain the client engagement and transition Playbook.
- Support training for the Business-As-Usual (BAU) team on transition projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management experience focused on client transition.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Analytical ability to interpret large data sets.
- Capability to understand and manage complex client agreements.
- Professional qualifications such as MBA or CFA.
