We are looking to add a Client Concierge Coordinator to our growing team! NorthPoint provides an inclusive environment that cultivates collaboration and mentorship. The role of the Client Concierge Coordinator is to welcome new tenants to NorthPoint Development and assist with both the onboarding and retention processes. The Client Concierge Coordinator will also act as a liaison to bridge gaps between internal teams at NorthPoint.

What You'll Do
- Provide concierge services to new tenants and follow the onboarding process.
- Prepare onboarding documents for industrial tenants.
- Work with municipalities to understand business license and signage permitting processes.
- Collect regional service provider information to share with tenants during the onboarding process.
- Work closely with the development and property management teams to obtain accurate utility and address information for tenants.
- Record contact and activities in Salesforce.
- Assist with special projects.
Who You Are:
- Energetic, resourceful and hands-on individual with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to approach situations both logically and creatively.
- Provides timely responses in a professional, customer service-oriented fashion that resolves core issues as efficiently as possible.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, managing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to demonstrate a confident and positive approach when interacting with team members and tenants.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work with internal team members across multiple departments.
- 3-5 years customer service or sales experience
- 2+ years Property Management experience
