Secret Gardens LLC is looking for Civil Project Manager to work alongside our experienced team of architects, engineers & construction professionals. Responsibilities

• Conducting preliminary studies of sites.
• Coordinating design management with Landscape Architect.
• Preparing project estimates and tender documents.
• Self-managed position using initiative and experience to provide a luxury finish.
• Applying for approvals and work inspections from relevant authorities including ADM, TAMM & ADDC.
• Knowledgeable in approval process for Service Blocks, Swimming pool and other landscape structures.
• Knowledgeable in production of Authority documentation, compilation and submission for approval.
• Managing project cashflow.
• Managing purchases and logistics.
• Ensuring deadlines are met in accordance with customers' requirements.
• Preparation of management plans and code of conducts for staff.
• Supervising team of construction laborers to ensure proper completion of tasks, including swimming pools, pergola, masonry, irrigation and planting.
• Managing projects according to Quality, Environmental and H&S procedures.
• Maintaining and repairing tools and equipment.
• Developing and maintain excellent customer service and communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• English speaking is compulsory, Arabic speaker is a must.
• Coordinate with third party consultant and ensure timely request and submission is made

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Dubai as a site engineer, project manager or landscape manager in landscaping or construction.
• Civil engineering degree.
• Experience in procurement of civil, MEP, plants, swimming pools and finishings in Dubai, and good knowledge of market prices
• Experience in managing and developing teams in large projects.
• Proficient user of Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project.
