As part of the global Cargill Sales & Commercial Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will utilize a consultative and strategic approach to attract, source and hire industry leading commercial talent across EMEA.
We offer possibility to work remote 2 days per week after implementation period. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will work with their leader and stakeholders to determine their hybrid schedule.
Key Accountabilities
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Develops and executes recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of business industry trends, external labor market insights and recruiting best practices.
- CONSULTATIVE RECRUITING: Partners with business stakeholders to continuously gather inputs on needed recruitment and talent pipelining. Executes full cycle recruiting including candidate pipelining and sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with the business on recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities and forecasting.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred HR or psychology) and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in recruiting.
- Regional EMEA recruiting experience.
- Fluent English and professional fluency in German and/or French.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven recruiting experience in the sales and marketing sector.
- Strong command of direct sourcing techniques, with a track record of applying them successfully.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital talent acquisition tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and the SuccessFactors Recruiting Module.
- Additional European language skills considered an asset.
