| Job Summary | The Program Coordinator supports the Assistant Director for Fitness in the mission of Campus Recreation to provide unparalleled recreation programs, services, and facilities that support students in living active lives of meaning and purpose. This position is under the guidance of the Assistant Director for Fitness and will assist with all Fitness programming from Personal Training, Group Fitness, Instructional and special event programming that are responsive to the physical, social and recreational interests of the students and drive student engagement and belonging. Additionally, this position provides supervision to the fitness program student staff, and will aid in the facilitation of training, scheduling, program management and collaborations with other areas of Campus Recreation. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success. |
