Program Manager - Treasury (Calypso Implementation)

Location: Turkey (or relevant delivery location)
Language Requirement: Fluent Turkish and English

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Treasury domain expertise and hands-on experience in Calypso implementations to lead and drive a large-scale treasury transformation program for DenizBank. The role requires close coordination with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end Calypso treasury implementation program

Act as the primary liaison between DenizBank stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors

Drive program planning, execution, governance, and reporting

Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across workstreams

Oversee treasury functional areas including Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office

Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are met

Coordinate data migration, system integration, testing, and go-live activities

Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting

Resolve escalations and ensure timely decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial services

Strong Treasury domain knowledge (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Risk, P&L)

Hands-on experience delivering Calypso implementations

Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills

Strong understanding of system integration and large transformation programs

Fluent in Turkish and English (mandatory)

Good to Have

Experience working with Turkish banks or regional regulatory bodies

Exposure to other treasury platforms or capital markets systems

Agile / hybrid delivery experience

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or related field

12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in program management roles (preferred)
