グロ-バルなPlayStationビジネスを支える業務アプリケ-ション領域において,SAPやCoupaなどのシステム導入• 運用をリ-ドしていただきます.
US本社やインドオフショア拠点など海外チ-ムとの協業を通じて,グロ-バルレベルでの業務改革や次世代ソリュ-ションの推進を担うポジションです.

[具体的な業務内容]
• リ-ダ-としてパ-トナ-(US本社• インド拠点など)と協働し,構想策定• グロ-バルシステム導入プロジェクト• 保守運用業務を推進
• グロ-バルステ-クホルダ-と連携し,既存レガシ-システムからの移行計画を策定
• 次世代S2P(Source to Pay)ソリュ-ションの日本• アジアリ-ジョンへの導入プロジェクトをリ-ド
• 保守運用フェ-ズにおけるビジネスユ-ザ-とのコミュニケ-ション(仕様変更リクエストの優先順位付け,要件定義,進捗• 納期管理)
• SAPライセンス契約サイクルの管理
• 組織紹介
本ポジションは,SAPやCoupaを中心とした業務アプリケ-ションの企画• 導入• 保守運用を担当するチ-ムに所属します.
グロ-バルで統一された業務プロセスを実現するため,US本社,アジア各拠点,オフショア開発チ-ムと連携しながら,エンタ-プライズシステムの最適化を推進しています.
• 求められるスキル• 経験

[必須(MUST)]
• 2年以上のSAPまたはCoupaのモジュ-ル導入経験(構想策定• 企画• 要件定義• 設計• 開発• テスト• 運用のいずれか)
• 日本語:ネイティブまたはそれに準ずるレベル
• 英語:ビジネスレベル(グロ-バルチ-ムやシニアステ-クホルダ-との会話• メ-ル対応が可能)
• 会計• 購買• 販売領域の業務アプリケ-ションに関する知識• 経験
• ビジネスユ-ザ-との折衝• コミュニケ-ション経験

[歓迎(WANT)]
• グロ-バルシステム導入経験
• プロジェクトマネ-ジャ-またはリ-ダ-経験(数名~数十名規模)
