Job Description

We are seeking a Bridge Engineer / Infrastructure Project Manager to support and lead internal IT infrastructure projects within a financial services environment.

In this role, you will participate in projects from the planning stage and lead initiatives related to infrastructure and system development. You will act as a key point of coordination between business users, vendors, operations teams, and engineers, ensuring smooth communication and steady project progress.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in the planning and launch of new internal system and infrastructure projects
• Leading infrastructure initiatives from requirements definition through implementation
• Acting as Project Manager or Project Leader to drive project schedules and deliverables
• Coordinating with users, vendors, and internal teams to align requirements and execution
• Supporting system maintenance and improvement to ensure stable and reliable operations

Required Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• At least 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Infrastructure PM / PL
• Experience with IT infrastructure build, operation, or maintenance
• Experience creating documentation in both Japanese and English
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

Nice-to-have:

• Project planning or proposal experience
• PM / PL / PMO experience
• Windows Server and/or Azure cloud experience
• Knowledge of banking or financial systems
