Description:Position Summary
This position is a key member of the local branch team as well as part of the larger branch administration group for the region. This person will act as the branch point of contact for corporate departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Service. It will be necessary to maintain confidentiality at all times and exhibit a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy. Along with scheduling, coordination, dispatching, and work order management of specialized line of business service for their designated region (NE, MA, MS, or SO). This position is focused on LOBs not already managed by central dispatch and will be focused on providing consistent support to their designated operating region. This position is scheduled for 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri with a 30-minute, unpaid lunch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- · Manage Salesforce cases for assigned line of business (LOB): Plumbing, Special Projects, Repair and Install, Drain Cleaning
- · Manage work orders (WOs) and purchase orders (POs) for assigned line of business including entry, additions, corrections, etc.
- · Provide excellent service to all WRE customers and employees (field and office) through frequent and thorough communication
- · Coordinate and partner with sales to schedule and execute service
- · Provide job route assignments for assigned line of business (Plumbing) during normal hours of operation
- · Support Supervisors in providing troubleshooting assistance to technicians for phone/tablet issues
- · Respond to technicians and customers regarding job specific questions and issues related to Plumbing, Special Projects, Repair and Install, Drain Cleaning Lines of Business support.
- · Coordinate with LOB supervisor on job alignment; specifically, technician assignment as a relation to skillset of technician
- · Coordinate with LOB Supervisor to prioritize urgency of service requests and properly assign to routes based on tech availability and skill
- · Completes and files disposal, pumping, and other necessary reporting by town and state for regional operations
- · Appropriately prioritizes and responds to requests from multiple parties including local management and personnel, corporate departments, and the regional supervisor.
- · Coding invoices from vendors
- · Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- · Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook
- · Familiar with Salesforce system management
- · Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures
- · Ability to speak, coordinate, and communicate effectively and professionally with customers, co-workers and management.
- · Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
- · Ability to perform basic math functions.
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- · Highly detail-oriented, and able to note customer accounts with such details.
- · Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be able to execute consistently up to standard.
- · Ability to respond to and maintain sensitive requests from regulatory agencies as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 2 years of previous line of business coordination or general dispatch experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and general computer skills
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
- The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 - $21.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
