As a Project Manager specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Transfer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping secure, robust solutions that deliver real value to our clients and internal teams. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving project success. You'll lead development teams to execute project schedules, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. Your day-to-day will involve facilitating meetings with sponsors and stakeholders, presenting updates to executive leadership, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You'll also:

• Shape project strategies by aligning efforts with the business case and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with architects and IT resources to create accurate project estimates and detailed work plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement course corrections to keep projects on track.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Champion process improvements by identifying lessons learned and driving operational excellence.
• Communicate across diverse audiences, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.

About you

You'll bring:

• 5-10 years of project management experience, including leading Business Intelligence or Data Transfer projects.
• A knack for explaining complex issues in simple terms, whether to executives or technical teams.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
• The ability to manage budgets, track progress, and adapt to changing needs.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working with diverse teams, including offshore resources.

Preferred:

• Insurance industry experience.
• Familiarity with SQL and ETL development.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
