Job Purpose

The Associate Project Manager will manage all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible in order to ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately revenue growth. Through effective written and verbal communication ensure that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects and that the clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Running projects within the specified range of project management activities, such as:

• Resource planning
• Organizing and motivating a project team
• Controlling time management
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitoring progress
• Managing reports and necessary documentation

Skills & Experience

• English language skills at least B2/C1
• 1 to 2 years of experience in localization project management
• Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
• Computer skills
• Organizational skills
• Analytical and problem solving abilities
• Attention to details and work under pressure
• Interest in languages and culture
• Experience in leading an account as a Project Manager - nice to have
