Job Description

Are you passionate about construction, real estate, and building successful projects? Are you client-focused and able to adapt to meet stakeholder needs? Then join our team! As an Assistant Project Manager in the real estate and construction industry, you will support our team in Dubai on a wide range of projects along the entire project management cycle. Take the opportunity to develop in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment within our team in Dubai.

• Support project management in a range of various real estate and construction projects
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to tender preparation, evaluation processes, and contract administration
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Organise project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations
• Worke closely with experienced project managers and provide day-to-day operational support

Qualifications

• A completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or similar
• First years of professional experience in project management consultancy, real estate, engineering or construction within the UAE market
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and local building regulation
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Clear and confident communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
