Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field and eight (8) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade 10 (Salaried).
Position Description:
The University of Louisville is seeking a skilled and proactive Applications Administrator V (TeamDynamix System Administrator) to lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our TeamDynamix (TDX) platform. This role is critical to ensure the reliability, scalability, and usability of our IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and enterprise workflow automation systems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service catalog enhancements, streamline ticket routing, create/maintain workflows, and develop system integrations using TDX iPaaS functionality.
Specific duties related to this position are:
- Administer and maintain the TeamDynamix platform, including service catalog, ticketing forms, dashboards, workflows, and automation rules.
- Lead configuration and deployment of incident, service request, and change management forms.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and group assignments across departments.
- Develop and maintain integration with third-party systems using TDX iPaaS.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Maintain and foster TDX vendor relationship.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with ITSM leads, consultants, and stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs. (Implementation of new modules)
- Support training efforts by creating documentation and walkthroughs for end users and technicians.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with university policies and privacy regulations.
- Participate in planning and execution of platform upgrades and enhancements.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
