Role Summary

Responsible for managing projects using Agile methodologies and serving as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support development teams while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Implement and manage change management processes for scope adjustments.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide regular status updates and risk reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes.
• Knowledge of project management and change management principles.
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
