Seeking an Administrator at Seaside Home Health a Medicare Certified Skilled Home Health Agency to lead our team . This is office based work providing overall oversight of the Agency including Operations, Clinical, Growth, Marketing, Pre-Claim Review, Revenue Cycle Management, Medicare Regulations, AHCA and The Joint Commission guidelines. You’ll support our Director of Nursing in maintaining quality, mentorship, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you'll:
Supervise office staff and field staff across disciplines
Act as Hiring Manager providing HR support including proper orientation
Review of documentation for compliance and quality
Have oversight of all current and future business and growth
Work closely with Patient Liaisons to identify new business and maintain business
Oversee Pre-Claim Review team including Revenue Cycle Management
Drug screening and Background Screening required https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
We’re looking for:
Required: 1 - 2 years experience as the Administrator of a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency - Do not apply without this experience.
Required: Knowledge of the Clinical and Field Medicare Home Health Business
Required: Bachelors Degree required
Required: Can prove strong leadership and background in a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency
Required: Experience with RCD, PDGM, AHCA, The Joint Commission, and Medicare COPs
Required: Axxess EMR knowledge or similar
